Delaware State Police say on Monday, around 6:30 PM, the Kent County Governor's Task Force responded to a home on Lion Hope Road in an attempt to located an arrest 50-year-old David Moser, who was wanted on outstanding capiases out of Kent County courts. Police say they also had information that Moser might be making methamphetamine in his home.

When authorities arrived at the house, Moser answered the door, and was arrested without incident. A search of the house reportedly revealed equipment and component mixtures of the manufacturing stages of Meth along with key ingredients in making the drug. Detectives say they also found marijuana plants growing in a bedroom, and shed, that had a total weight of over 2,600 grams, along with other drug paraphernalia.

Moser was charged with two counts of operating a clandestine laboratory, manufacturing methamphetamine, manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $37,850 cash bond.
