SALISBURY, Md. - If you've been sniffing and sneezing today, you probably weren't alone.
Today in Salisbury, the pollen county count was at a whopping 11.5 out of 12, and it's expected to stay pretty high this week.
Health experts are chalking it up to our the long, snowy winter.
"Long brutal winter, delayed spring...instead of a gradual blooming of everything that we normally see landing on the windshield of our cars it's all happening at once setting up a perfect storm for allergy suffers," Dr. Jennifer Ashton, ABC Senior Medical Contributor.
If you're one of the sufferers, experts say get some medical help this week before the season gets too bad.
