Harrington Man Accusing Of Fondling Himself In Neighbors Home

Posted: Updated:

HARRINGTON, Del. - A Harrington man was arrested over the weekend, after he apparently inappropriately touched himself, while inside of a neighbors home, uninvited.

Harrington Police say on Sunday, around 12:50 PM, Officers on patrol responded to a home in the first block of East Milby Street for a report of a lewd act, and found 34-year-old Robert Mack Jr., standing outside. He was arrested without incident.

An investigation found that Mack had gone into the victim's home, unclothed, and started fondling himself in-front of the two adult women inside. Police say the women started yelling at Mack, and he left the home.

Officers were able to determine that Mack was a neighbor of the victims. After his arrest, Mack was charged with burglary 2nd degree, lewdness, and disorderly conduct. He was later released on $3,000 bond.
