UPDATE: Suspect Arrested In Dover Residential Burglary

DOVER, Del. - Police say they have made an arrest, after a man reportedly broke into his ex-girlfriend's home on Sunday.

Dover Police say on Wednesday, 40-year-old Theodore Jackson, of Smyrna, turned himself in, in connection to the case. Jackson is accused of breaking into a home on North Little Creek Road, damaging the door and lock in the process, before fleeing with a debit card, when the victim arrived home.

Jackson was arraigned, and released on bond.
