Dorchester Co., MD - On Thursday, April 3, 2014, a deputy from the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office arrested 43-Year Old Leslie Marie Fraser of Mardela Springs, Md.

Fraser was charged in connection with two incidents, one in Federalsburg and the other in Hurlock. In the Federalsburg incident, she was charged in connection with an assault that took place on March 21, 2014.

During this incident, Fraser assaulted a male individual with a rock and, then, damaged his residence during her rampage. She was charged with First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Malicious Destruction of Property under $500.00 and Theft under $100.00. She is being held on $20,000.00 Bond on this case.

In the Hurlock incident, that also occurred on March 21, 2014, Fraser is also accused of conspiring with her 16-year-old daughter to brutally beat and kick a 14-year-old female who was spending the night at residence in Hurlock, Md.

She, allegedly, allowed the two teenagers to consume alcohol at the residence. When the assault took place inside of the home, Fraser did nothing to stop the assault, which continued outside as the 14-year-old attempted to flee. The victim was kicked several times in the head. In one instance, a bowl of soup was thrown in the victim's face during the beating. While outside of the residence and lying on the ground, Fraser watched as her 16-year-old daughter picked up a razor scooter and struck the victim with that also.

The mother of the 14-year old was not contacted until after repeated requests by the victim. When the mother did come on March 22, 2014 to pick up her daughter, she was transported by E.M.S. to Dorchester General Hospital for treatment of her injuries, which included a severe Concussion. She was later transported on March 26, 2014 to P.R.M.C. for further treatment of the concussions.

Fraser was charged in this incident with Second Degree Child Abuse, Conspiracy to commit Second Degree Assault, Conspiracy to commit First Degree Assault, Conspiracy to commit Reckless Endangerment and Contributing to the Delinquency of a minor. She is being held on additional $20,000.00 Bond for this case.
