Convicted DE Rapist Files Amended Motion

Posted: Updated:

WILMINGTON, Del. - Convicted rapist Earl Bradley again asks the courts to hear his case, this time claiming the investigator violated his fourth amendment right.

Bradley's defense first filed the motion back in January claiming his two public defenders failed him.

Now, the former Delaware pediatrician claims that the detective in the case had an "unguided and discretionless search of digital items seized" during a December 2009 search warrant.

More than two years ago, Bradley was convicted of sexually abusing more than eighty patients, most of them toddlers.

He currently sits behind bars serving 14 life sentences.
