Hurlock Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Teen

HURLOCK, Md. - A Hurlock man is behind bars, after allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.

The Dorchester County Sheriff's Office says on April 2nd, they arrested 18-year-old Mark Quinn, in connection to a March 21st, 2014 incident. According to the report, on that date, Quinn gave an alcoholic beverage to a 14-year-old female at his Rossing Street home, and once she was intoxicated, he sexually assaulted her.

Quinn was then charged with 2nd degree assault, 4th degree sex offense - sexual contact, and 4th degree sex offense - sex act 14-year-old. He is now being held on $25,000.
