Three Charged On Drug Offenses In Denton

DENTON, Md. - Three people were arrested on drug charges in Caroline County.

The Caroline County Drug Task Force says after a several month long investigation into the illegal sale of controlled dangerous substances, they searched apartment #505 in the Caroline Apartment Complex, in Denton.

That investigation reportedly revealed heroin individually packed for sales, with a street value of $800-$900, cocaine, CDS paraphernalia, and cash. 34-year-old Mark Rich, 32-year-old Tina Williams, and 26-year-old Jessica Kinsey, all of Denton, were all arrested on scene.

Rich was charged with possession with the intent to distribute heroin, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, and possession of CDS paraphernalia, and held on a $100,000 bond. Williams was charged with possession of heroin, possession of CDS paraphernalia and possession of marijuana less than 10 grams, and released on her own recognizance. Kinsey was charged with 2 counts of CDS possession not marijuana and possession of CDS paraphernalia, and held on a $5,000 bond.
