Easton Police Serve Criminal Summons On Cambridge Women

EASTON, Md. - The Easton Police Department says they served a criminal summons on a Cambridge woman yesterday.

According to reports, Cynthia Skinner, 51, of Cambridge, was charged with theft under $100 and bad check/utter less than $100. The charges reportedly stem from an incident that occurred at Fred Fredrick Chysler in Easton on January 10th of this year. Skinner reportedly obtained services for her vehicle in the amount of $93.56 with a check on a checking account with insufficient funds.

Police say Skinner was released on her own recognizance.
