St. Patrick's Day Snow Storm Pounds Delmarva

Posted: Updated:

DELMARVA - A St. Patrick's Day winter storm has blanketed much of the peninsula with snow, and although Spring is just a few days away, the snow will stay until Monday afternoon. Meteorologist Daniel Johnson says some of the snow will melt, as we will get above freezing, but will stay in the mid-30s. Clouds stick around for Tuesday and Wednesday, with a chance for rain Wednesday afternoon and evening. Temperatures start to warm up for the first day of Spring on Thursday, and the sun is expected to come back for the weekend, with temperatures in the high 50s to low 60s.
