SALISBURY, Md. - Police say they have arrested one of two suspects in connection with a Salisbury shoplifting incident.

Salisbury Police say on March 4th, they arrested 40-year-old Jon Thomas Jefferson, of Seaford, Delaware, during their investigation into the January 3rd theft of two televisions from Walmart on N. Salisbury Boulevard.

Jefferson was charged with theft less than $1,000 and released to Central Booking.

Police say they identified Jefferson after they released the surveillance photos of the thefts, but they are still looking for information on the second suspect. That suspect is described as a white male, 5' 10" tall, with a medium build, wearing a tan/brown Carhartt style jacket, and a baseball style hat.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Salisbury Police at 410-548-3165 or Crime Solvers at 410-548-1776.
