Salisbury City Park Assault Suspects Wanted

SALISBURY, Md. - Police are looking for two suspects, after a man was apparently assaulted in the Salisbury City park in broad daylight.

Salisbury Police say on Thursday at 4:30 PM, at male victim was assaulted while walking the path near N. Park Drive and Beaver Dam Drive. According to the report, two suspects knocked him to the ground, and kicked him several times, before fleeing on foot. The victim was later treated at Peninsula Regional Medical Center for minor injuries.

The suspects are described as a black male and a black female, aged between 15 and 18-years-old, 5' 6" tall, with thin builds. The male reportedly had close cut hair, while the female had shore hair described as being several inches long. The investigation into this incident is continuing, according to Police.

Anyone with information about the event is asked to contact the Salisbury Police Department at 410-548-3165 or Crime Solvers at 410-548-1776. Crime Solvers is offering an up to $1,000 reward for tips that lead to an arrest.
