Information Sought About Salisbury Car Fire

SALISBURY, Md. - Authorities are looking for information, after a vehicle was reportedly set on fire Monday night in Salisbury.

The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office says the fire started just after 7:30 PM, in the trunk of a 2012 Nissan Versa, on Kiley Drive. The blaze, which was apparently discovered by a passerby, reportedly took six Salisbury firefighters eight minutes to control.

The Fire Marshal's Office, with assistance of Salisbury Police, say they have ruled the cause as arson. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Salisbury Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office at 410-713-3780.
