UPDATE: Bundick Arson Trial Date Pushed Back

Posted: Updated:

ACCOMACK CO., Va. - A little more than a week after a new trial date was set for Tonya Bundick, that day is now pushed back.

We're told the convicted arsonist waved her right to a speedy trial, which then continued her trial past the scheduled April 10th date. A new date is not yet set.

Last month, Bundick entered an Alford plea in a separate trial, meaning that she does not believe she is guilty, but admits there would be enough evidence to convict her.
