EASTON, Md. - Police say they have charged a Wittman man, after he apparently posed as a police officer in Talbot County.

On Wednesday, they arrested 24-year-old Christian Adkins, in connection to the incident.

An investigation reportedly showed that Easton Police had contact with him on February 14th, several hours after movie theater incident, for an unrelated incident. Police say on February 14th, Adkins had also damaged a speed bump of the Tred Avon Shopping Center, where the Easton Movies are located.

Adkins was charged with one count of police impersonation and one count of malicious destruction of property, and released on his own recognizance.
