Students In Milford Aim To Achieve A Million Acts Of Kindness

Posted: Updated:

MILFORD, Del. - Students in Milford participating in a year-round kindness project have reached a huge milestone. It's called the Students for a Million Acts of Kindness project or SMAK. More than halfway into the school year, they've reached over a half a million acts of kindness!

It all started when a teacher at Milford High School dared a group of students that if they could do a million acts of kindness, she would shave her head! Soon enough, other staff joined the dare with some even crazier antics to be done, like spending the night on rooftops and kissing livestock.
