DSP Looking For Three Kent County Sex Offenders

KENT CO., Del. - Three Kent County sex offenders are wanted by Police, after they apparently failed to register their addresses.

Delaware State Police say they are looking for 41-year-old Ryan Downs, of Dover, a high risk offender, described as a black male, 6' 2" tall, weighting 320 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Downs is wanted after he reportedly failed to verify his address, along with having three capiases out of Kent County Superior Court, and four capiases out of Kent County Family Court.

32-year-old James Boyles 3rd, of Rock Hall, a medium risk offender, is being sought, after he failed to verify his work address. He also has a capias out of Kent County Superior Court for Violation of Probation.

Police are also looking for 30-year-old William Lewis, of Dover, a low risk offender, for reportedly failing to register his address. He also has three capiases out of Sussex County Superior Court.

Anyone with information on either Downs, Boyles, or Lewis's whereabouts are asked to contact The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit at 302-672-5306.
