Winter Storm Damages OC Pier

Posted: Updated:

OCEAN CITY, Md. - Less than a year after the iconic Ocean City pier re-opened after being pounded by Superstorm Sandy, there appears to be more damage.

The end of the pier is visibly sagging, possibly fromThursday's storm.

WMDT reached out to town officials today, to see if repairs are in the near future, but we're still waiting for them to return our phone calls.

The fishing pier sustained damages after Sandy came ashore in 2012.
