UPDATE: Trial Date Set For Bundick

Posted: Updated:

ACCOMACK CO., Va. - April 10th. That's when convicted arsonist Tonya Bundick, will face those 62 additional charges against her in the case of the Accomack County arson string.

Her defense team is again trying to move the location of her trial, filing venue change motion late last week. A date to hear that motion has still not been set.

Last month, Bundick entered an Alford plea in her trial, meaning that she does not believe she is guilty, but admits there would be enough evidence to convict her. She faces up to 20 years in prison from that trial. No word yet on when Bundick will be sentenced.
