FRANKFORD, Del. - Delaware State police are currently investigating a fatal crash that took the life of a Selbyville man Saturday morning.

It happened about 10:30 a.m. when Robert Hensley was reportedly driving on Burbage Road toward Powell Farm Road.

Hensley reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign and struck the left side of a van driven by Danny Moore.

The van flipped over and both vehicles ended up in a ditch. Moore, who was wearing seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Hensley was flown to Christiana Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
