DELAWARE - A Delaware hip-hop group is teaming up with local volunteers to help the homeless.

Musicians in Diamond State Empire Entertainment are collecting everything from clothing to hygiene products for SOUL Ministries, a group that helps homeless residents every week from Delaware through Maryland.

So far, the group says they have collected 15 boxes of items. They also plan to take cash donations at their event "Hip Hop For the Homeless" on Friday at 8:00 PM at Mojo Main in Newark, Delaware.
