GEORGETOWN, Del. - Police charged a Georgetown man with DUI, after he was reportedly driving at more than three times the legal limit.

Georgetown Police say on Saturday around 4:40 PM, an officer on patrol watched a vehicle commit several traffic violations on North Race Street, so they pulled it over. Police say the driver, 27-year-old Domingo Perez, was found to be extremely intoxicated, and after a slight struggle with Police, was taken into custody.

According to the report, Perez gave a fake name, had numerous fake ID cards, and had a blood alcohol content of .280, which is three and a half times the legal limit.

Perez was charged with identity theft, forgery, criminal impersonation, resisting arrest, and numerous traffic violations. He is being held at Sussex Correctional Institute on bond, with a future court date.
