WILLARDS, Md. - A Willards landlord is accused of going into a property without permission.

The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says on Friday, around 5:10 PM, a Deputy met with a woman at a Bethel Road home, who said that her landlord, 60-year-old Earl Taylor Sr., went into the house, without permission, and started yelling at her through the closed bathroom door while she was in the shower. The woman also told the Deputy that she believed that Taylor had tried to open the locked door.

The Deputy found Taylor at a nearby residence, and he said that he had gone inside after not getting an answer when he knocked at the door, because he claimed he was owed rent money.

Taylor was arrested and charged with 4th degree burglary. He is being held at the Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
