WORCESTER CO., Md. - A group of Delaware men were arrested on Thursday, after one apparently told his probation officer that he smoked marijuana with his friends.
A Worcester County Sheriff's Deputy responded to the Parole and Probation Office in Snow Hill to investigate a possible fugitive from Delaware, 25-year-old Christopher Jones. He allegedly admitted to his probation officer that he had just smoked marijuana with some friends in a vehicle, that he just arrived at the Probation Office in.
Deputies found the vehicle and talk to the occupants, they reportedly smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside. Police say they searched the vehicle, and found a bag of suspected marijuana on 24-year-old Deshae Foster, of Millsboro, DE and a metallic pipe on 21-year-old Asia Brittingham, of Georgetown, DE.
Both Foster and Brittingham were charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and were later released. Jones was apparently wanted in Delaware, but the State would not extradite him back, so he was released at the scene.
