LINCOLN, Del. - Scary moments on Monday night as Delaware State Police say a man barricaded himself inside a house with a woman and her four kids.

According to reports, around 10:19 PM Monday night, Police were called to a house on the 8000 block of Railroad Ave. in Lincoln for a man, possibly armed, who barricaded himself inside a house with a female acquaintance and her four children.
