Ocean Pines Fire Department Plans To Hold Ice Rescue Drill

OCEAN PINES, Md. - To help protect the public during the cold temperatures, the Ocean Pines Volunteer Fire Department says they will hold an ice rescue drill next Sunday, February 2nd.

Officials say it will be a county-wide drill, allowing all Worcester Departments to attend and participate. They reportedly plan to have a classroom portion first, and a live scenario later that afternoon. The location for the event is still being determined.
