SUSSEX CO., Del. - Two sex offenders are wanted in Sussex County, after they apparently failed to re-register their address.

The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit say they are looking for 36-year-old Clifford Downes, of Milton, after he reportedly failed to verify his address and re-register. Downes, a medium risk, tier 2 offender, is described as a 6' 2" tall white male, weighting 190 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

SOAR is also looking for 22-year-old Durron Jones Jr., of Dagsboro, a low risk, tier 1 offender. Jones is described as a 5' 6" tall, black male, weighting 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Jones is wanted on 2 counts of failure to verify address, failure to re-register, and he is also wanted by the Millsboro Police Department on a 4th degree rape charge.

Anyone with information on either Downes or Jones is asked to contact 302-672-5306 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333. Tips can also be submitted to the DSP Mobile Crime App, texting DSP to CRIMES (274637), or by visiting the TipSubmit website.
