SALISBURY, Md. - Police are looking for a suspect after a reported shooting in Salisbury. Chief Duncan of Salisbury Police tell WMDT that a male victim is being treated for non-life threatening injuries, after a shooting at 418 Hammond Street.
The victim, and the shooter reportedly knew each other, and the shooting was apparently an isolated incident. Police say they have not recovered a weapon at this time, and the suspect has reportedly fled the general area.
According to preliminary reports, the victim was shot in the abdomen. The victim, a 25-year-old male, is reportedly in stable condition at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. The Detective Division is reportedly out on the scene investigating. We'll bring you more details as they become available.
