Girl Scout Troop 581 Visits WMDT

Posted: Updated:

SALISBURY, Md. - On Monday night, some Girl Scouts stopped by WMDT for a station tour. The girls are members of Troop 581, and are a part of the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay.

The girls are working on a communication badge and wanted to see the inside of a television studio. They tell WMDT they already had a chance to tour the educational studio over at Salisbury University.

During their tour, they spoke with members of our studio crew and WMDT's Emily Lampa, David Caldwell and Meteorologist Travis Michels. Perhaps the most exciting part of their visit was getting to play on the green wall!
