FELTON, Del. - A Felton man has been arrested in connection with an indecent exposure incident at a local convenient store.

Delaware State Police say on Tuesday, they charged 60-year-old Garland Citizen with disorderly conduct and 2nd degree indecent exposure, after tips from the public lead to the arrest.

The charges stem from a December 9th incident, where Police say Citizen exposed his genitals in the Felton Shore Stop, and then fled.

Citizen is being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $2,000 bond.
