DOVER, Del. - A Dover man was arrested, after officers say they found weapons on him, while he was walking drunk on a highway.

Delaware State Police say on Monday, around 11:00 PM, Troopers with the Kent County Governor's Task Force were on patrol, and saw a young male having trouble walking across Presidents Drive. Troopers say they spoke with 20-year-old Kishai Sylvester, who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.

Sylvester was searched, and Troopers say they found a fully loaded .32 caliber handgun, which had the serial number obliterated, in his coat, and a butterfly knife with a blade measuring more than three inches in his pants pocket.

Sylvester was charged with 2 counts of carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of a weapon with an obliterated serial number, possession of a firearm while under the influence, underage consumption of alcohol, and drunk on the highway. He was released on $6,002 bond.
