OCEAN CITY, Md. - Ride in the back of a pick-up truck in ocean city and you'll likely get fined up to $250.
That's after the town council passed a new pick-up truck ordinance this week.
The law amends seat belt regulations already in place, and says passengers can't ride in the "unenclosed areas of a motor vehicle," unless there's a seat with a seat belt in use.
There are some exceptions: including certain government work vehicles and vehicles used during a parade.
