Bundick, Lawyer Look To Limit Evidence Days Before Trial

Posted: Updated:

ACCOMAC, Va. - More than nine months since her arrest, we now know Tonya Bundick will finally be going to trial next week.

The court proceedings will take place in Virginia Beach on January 13th and 14th and she will be tried on the original two charges stemming from the night of her arrest on April 1st. But first, she will be back in court on Thursday with her lawyer in an effort to limit some of the evidence, which could be used against her in court.

This includes charges from Bundick's recent indictment and information used in Charles Smith's arson case.
