Harrington Woman Arrested After Reportedly Kicking A Police Officer

HARRINGTON, Del. - A Harrington woman was arrested over the weekend, after Police say she was being disorderly at a local bar.

Harrington Police say on December 28th, just after 12:10 AM, they received a call about an intoxicated and disorderly woman at Stone's Bar on Mechanic Street. When Officers arrived on scene, they reportedly found 30-year-old Pamela Dalton being disorderly, and cursing at other patrons, so he attempted to take her into custody.

According to the report, Dalton started fighting with the Officer at this point, including kicking in multiple times, but the Officer was able to take her into custody after a short struggle. Once at the Police Station, Dalton reportedly continued to be disorderly by refusing to get fingerprinted or have her photograph taken.

Dalton was charged with resisting arrest with force, failure to comply with taking of photos and fingerprints, and disorderly conduct. She is being held at Sussex Correction Institute on $2,500 bond.
