Two Suspects In Custody After Charity Jar Theft In Easton

EASTON, Md. - Two people are behind bars after allegedly stealing a charity money jar in Easton.

Easton Police say Syrinthia Foster, 40, of Easton and Chad Dreakford, 36, also of Easton were taken into custody after Police identified them as suspects in the theft from over the weekend. According to reports, Foster and Dreakford stole the jar from the 7-Eleven, located on Ocean Gateway, on Saturday. Police were reportedly able a blue van which was stopped a few minutes later. After searching the car, reports say Police found the jar.

Both Foster and Dreakford have been charged with Theft under $100.00. Foster is being held on $7500 bond and Dreakford is behind held on no bond.
