BERLIN, Md. - A New York man has been hit with several felony drug charges after a traffic stop on Route 113 in Berlin.

Maryland State Police say they found 39-year-old Changhyun Daniel Lee shaking uncontrollably. According to police, Lee stated he "did not know the owner of the vehicle." After requesting the assistance of another officer, police searched the vehicle and found a smoking pipe and a digital scale containing crystal methamphetamines in the vehicle. In addition, police say they found gift wrapped packages containing high grade marijuana.

The street value of the marijuana is said to be about $95,500 -- an estimated bulk value of $24,500. Lee was held at the Worcester County Jail on $50,000 bond.
