Salisbury, Md. - The Best Buy in Salisbury saw its fair share of returns on what retailers are calling the second busiest shopping day next to Black Friday.
Managers say that the day after Christmas is the store's busiest day of the year for returns and exchanges. They prepare by having a full staff available, and all registers open.
One employee says they see more exchanges than returns because some people did not get exactly what they wanted.
Kenneth Poole, a Best Buy employee, says, "some people just get the wrong thing and some people are just difficult to shop for."
WMDT caught up with a few shoppers who had items to exchange or return.
"I'm returning a TV antenna I thought I was going to be able to pick up the Baltimore Ravens football game on last Sunday and I didn't have the range", says shopper Jim Newman.
Best Buy states purchases made between November 3 and January 13 have an extended holiday return period. Items purchased in that period are eligible for returns through January 15, instead of the normal 15-day return policy.
