DSP Looking For Four Sex Offenders In Kent County

KENT COUNTY, Del. - Four sex offenders are wanted by Police, after they didn't register their addresses with them. Delaware State Police say they are looking for four registered sex offenders in Kent County.

First, 45-year-old John Riggin, 45, of Dover, is a high risk - tier 3 offender, described as a white male, 5' 7" tall, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Next, 51-year-old Bernard Stevenson, of Marydel, is a medium risk - tier 3 offender, described as a white male, 5' 11" tall, weighting 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

The third offender Police are looking for is 46-year-old Ernest Anthony, of Dover,  is a medium risk - tier 3 offender, described as a white male, 5' 11" tall, weighting 195 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Lastly, 39-year-old Radames Guzman, of Magnolia, is a medium risk - tier 3 offender, is described as a Hispanic male, 5' 9" tall, weighting 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police say all four of these men failed to verify their addresses with the Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit.
