UPDATE: Myles Lyons Sentenced To Life In Prison

SALISBURY, Md. - More than a year after a gruesome murder in Salisbury, the 21-year-old man responsible will now spend the rest of his life behind bars.

The court sentenced Myles Lyons to three life sentences today, all to be served at the same time. Lyons pleaded guilty in October, to each of the 20 counts in the indictment, including 1st and 2nd degree murder, attempted 1st and 2nd degree murder, 1st and 2nd degree assault, dangerous weapon: wear and carry with intent to injure, and reckless endangerment. 

Last November, investigators arrested Lyons after killing 39-year-old Lakisha Jackson, the mother of his former girlfriend, on November 27th, 2012, and injuring the 17-year-old former girlfriend, who was more than 8 months pregnant at the time, and her 19-year-old sister.
