Delaware National Guard Troops Return

NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - Just in time for the holidays, a Delaware National Guard unit is coming home.
    
Gov. Jack Markell was among those scheduled to be on hand Wednesday for the return of members of the 198th Expeditionary Signal Battalion.
    
Eighty members of the battalion were scheduled to arrive aboard a flight scheduled to land Wednesday afternoon at New Castle Airport.
    
The troops recently completed a tour of duty in Afghanistan.
