DELAWARE - A reminder that the deadline to receive health insurance coverage starting January 1, 2014 is December 23.

This week Choose Health Delaware Marketplace Guides will be at a number of events throughout the state to help people sign up. Wednesday, you can find them at Milford High School from 4 -8 p.m. On Thursday and Friday, they'll be at Sussex Tech High, also from 4 - 8 p.m.

We're told just nearly 800 Delawareans have enrolled so far.

What you will need to bring with you:

1. Social Security numbers of those applying for coverage

2. Birth dates

3. Paystubs, W-2 forms, or other information about your family's income

4. Policy/member numbers for any current health coverage

5. Information about any health coverage from a job that's available to your or your family

If you can't make any of the events, visit www.ChooseHealthDE.com to schedule an appointment with a Marketplace Guide. Or call the 24/7 helpline with questions. 1-800-318-2596 TTY: 1-855-889-4325.
