FELTON, Del. - An arrest has been made in connection with the March 2013 death of a Felton man.

Delaware State Police say on March 31st, they were called to a home on Canterbury Road, in Felton, for reports of an unconscious man outside of a home. Once on scene, Troopers say they found 30-year-old Michael Mosley, who was later pronounced dead by EMS.

An autopsy performed by the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the manner of death as homicide with the cause being asphyxia.

An investigation, which included interviews and evidence collected at the scene, reportedly showed that Mosley and 48-year-old John Hart, of Felton, were heavily drinking on Saturday night, while working on a vehicle in a detached garage. According to the report, the two got into a physical altercation, during which Hart held Mosley down, with his face in the dirt, until he could no longer fight back.

On Tuesday evening, the Kent County Governor's Task Force arrested Hart, and charged him with criminally negligent homicide. He is being held at Sussex Correctional Institution on $7,500 cash bond.
