Teenager Fatally Shot In Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Police say they're investigating after a 17-year-old was fatally shot in Wilmington.
    
Police say they were called to at home in the 2600 block of N. Van Buren Street around 6 p.m. Monday for a report of shots fired.
    
Police found 17-year-old Lamar Wilmer of Wilmington with gunshot wounds to his upper body inside. Police say Wilmer was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
    
Police say this is the city's 20th homicide investigation of 2013.
