SALISBURY, Md. - Police have identified a suspect wanted in connection to the theft of a dog.

Authorities say 28-year-old Joshua Utz of Glen Burnie removed a dog from a crate and concealed the animal inside his jacket before exiting the Super Pet in Salisbury on the evening of November 29th. On Thursday police say the stolen dog, described as a 10 week old red dachshund valued at $900, was located in good health and returned to Super Pet.

Anyone with information regarding the current whereabouts of Joshua Utz should contact the Salisbury Police Department at (410) 548-3165 or Crime Solvers at (410) 548-1776. Crime Solvers will pay up to $1,000 for tips that lead to arrest.
