DOVER, Del. - A Dover man is behind bars, after Police say he was in possession of three different types of drugs.

Delaware State Police say just after 1:00 AM, on Wednesday, two members of the Governors Task Force were on patrol in the Capitol Park development, when the saw a 1994 Mercury Tracer on President Drive. When the occupants of the car saw the GTF members, they parked in front of an abandoned house, and fled.

The Trooper and Probation and Parole Officer caught up with the men, and recognized one as 33-year-old Rashad Miller, a probationer. Police say Miller kept reaching towards the back of his waistband, so they patted him down, and found a large bottle of PCP.

Miller was arrested, and a search reportedly found 8.2 grams of crack cocaine, and four bags of heroin from Miller's wallet. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance in a tier 5 quantity, 3 counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in a tier 1 quantity, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Miller is being held at James T. Vaughn Correction Institute on $125,500 cash bail.
