An investigation showed that Davis was under the influence of suspected Heroin. The Deputy reportedly found Heroin, along with paraphernalia and a syringe inside the vehicle. Davis was taken to PRMC at the time of the incident.

The investigating Deputy then got a warrant for Davis, who was arrested on December 2nd. He was charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence of CDS. Davis is being held at the Detention Center on $20,000 bond.
