UPDATE: Missing Felton Man Now Behind Bars

Posted: Updated:

FREDERICA, Del. - A walk-away from Delaware has been apprehended, thanks to a little publicity.

The Delaware Department of Correction says they have 22-year-old Cheyenne Algier, in custody, after he failed to return from an authorized pass from the Morris Community Correction Center in Dover in late September.

Algier was reportedly apprehended by law enforcement in Frederica on Monday, and is now being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center, after receiving a tip about his whereabouts.

DOC says Jarred Hill's story on Saturday, about how Algier's family was searching for him after he didn't come back from Ohio with his girlfriend, played a part in catching up with the fugitive.
