TURKEY POT PIE
1 regular 9 inch pie crust
2 cups diced turkey
1 cup of each of the following: sliced carrots, peas, pearl onions, diced potatoes, corn.
Combine in pie pan pour in 16 ounces(can use more or less depending on your personal tastes) of either cream of chicken or mushroom soup or turkey gravy.
Season with a pinch of salt, pepper to taste.
Cover with top crust, egg wash top if desired and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes browning the top.
