MSP Questioning Witnesses In Officer Involved Berlin Crash

BERLIN, Md. - Police are still reviewing dash cam video, and interviewing who might have witnessed in a Maryland State Police car versus pedestrian collision, which killed a Berlin teen.

Tymeir Dennis and Tyheym Bowen were making their way across Route 113 near Bay Street, when Trooper Nicholas Hager reportedly tried to avoid the boys, but struck them both.

Sixteen year-old Tymeir died of his injuries, and his 18 year old brother Tyheym is currently recovering from a leg amputation.
