UPDATE: Shelton Arrested After Reportedly Violating Probation

WICOMICO CO., Md. - It's been just over six months since Joshua Shelton was convicted of 4th degree burglary in connection to what has become to be known as the "chicken killer case," and already, he's been arrested.

The 22-year-old Salisbury man was taken into custody on Tuesday, by the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office. They say he failed to appear for a hearing after allegedly violating his probation in that case.
